After the war for Veden independence, Herdaz eventually became independent, and has remained so ever since.
The almost 600 years of independence has lead to Herdaz forming a military, and is a functioning state. Although Herdaz's economy isn't great, this is the stablest Herdaz has ever been.
The world of Roshar, and a number of the characters within this setting are from the Stormlight Archive series, which is written by Brandon Sanderson. These characters and this setting belong to him, and I do not claim to own these characters or setting. We are merely playing within a world that he created.
