Session 77 - Brenlazar's Side-Quest

Brenlazar's dissapearance is unknown to the rest of the group, but he is whisked away to field of snow and ice. There he discovers an underground ruin, and is guided by several different entities - An ancient Dwarven Hero, a Dryad of the Fey-Realm, The Spirit Bear that guides him, and an mysterious oating figure, akin to the old tales of the entity of Death.

Exploring the ruins, Brenlazar eventually finds something he has been searching for; an axe of great power. Upon trying to reach it, a divine being of the Light interupts and attacks the group. A Guardian of the Light fights to defend the axe, but is eventually overthrown. Gaining his prize, the Elven Goddess Morillal appears again, and transports Brenlazar back to Ardenholt

Back in Ardenholt, the party recovers from its wounds. The Demon in the Boarding House attic took a heavy toll, with Dorax being manipulated and nearly eating Jaxxon! As the attic is being investigated for clues, Brenlazar appears back amongst his companions! A shattered Ruby Vail is found.

The group heads back home, where they start planning their next moves. In a quiet moment, Zan shres his letter with Gildar - Captain Blackheart has arranged a trade If Zan brings Jaxxon to the town of Iceport on the 18th of Fevruar, he will set Zan's father free.
