Decay

The cult of zahdra is an infamous organization, that, although small in members, has garnered a reputation for cruelty and malace. The people of this cult are dedicated to the dead god Balghun, the lord of decay, they worship him by spreading death and disease, and they are brought together by their goal of bringing their patron god back to life.
Since the rebirth of Georlin, their vigor and dedication do bringing back their lost deity has only increased, their lust for death and carnage only fueled by these events.

Motivations

The people who have dedicated themselves to the death and destruction of this world are naturally attracted to this cult. Their members have a tendency to find the lost and unhinged and turn them to their greater goal. They are driven by a desire to end what is, and bring about a new world order in which the followers of Balghun stand at the top. All mages in this organization will be tain sniffers, as they have made it a life goal to only cast with the power of decay.

Members

They are organized simply into a few main categories, the captains, who lead the organization, the Soldiers, the regular members, and the fledglings, the new recruits who have yet to taste the energy of Balghun. There is also a subclass that can be of any rank above fledgling, the casters. This is a title that is given in addition to the regular rank within the order, it is given to all those with the ability to cast magic.
This is also one of the few cross-species organizations that recruit from amongst all the sentient races, accepting only based on dedication rather than race of ethnicity.

Headquarters

They are spread throughout the world, living wherever there are safe hideouts, never having any permanent headquarters, although they have safehouses in most major nations, such as in caves or abandoned buildings. They have also been known to hide away in sewers.
