Sornogon (Sorn-o-gon)
The reason the Heptarchy of Sornogon split from their Dragonborn kin to the West in Shonesone has been lost to time. Most scholars seem to think that it was primarily for religious reasons. Where the western dragonborn favored Waches, the White Badger, those to the east much more heavily favored Ave Fo Me, the Beautiful Numen of Doom.
As reflected by their religion, the Wachesians built a nation on strength and a strong clan. Following a unified voice of a King and serving under lords so that the nations resources could be allocated to the good of the nation.
In comparison, the Avefists to the east built their nation on the Great Wheel. That the community as a whole must grow and respond with unity. Thus the Wheel of Justice was born where upon the people vote for representatives to oversee the country's larger political affairs. The six who receive the most votes become the Spokes of the Wheel and serve for seven years. The Seventh, also known as the Coriarch or the Center, is an appointee from the Church of Avefism whose purpose is to offer guidance to the rest of the Wheel.
The Halls of Justice are located in the capital, Tutlere.
