These elves are the originals. While they have changed over the years and differ significantly from the elves of old, they still inhabit the ancestral elven homeland—the great Enyanian rainforest. It is considered the only truly right place to live in the world; despite other elves leaving for adventure and new places, the Wood Elves chose to stay.
They may not be the wealthiest or boast the best military, but what they do have is a vast forest with jagged hills, rocky regions, caves, sinkholes, and lakes that appear small but plunge unexpectedly deep.

Physical Appearance

Clothing

Like all elves, wood elves prefer loose clothing—robes that wave behind them. However, this is something they only wear at home, in a park, or in the city. When out among the trees, they opt for tighter clothes made of a type of flax tree that grows there.
These garments are often single-piece robes but tighter, closed around the chest, and secured with buttons, clasps, or a belt. Usually, there are some shirts or underclothes worn beneath them. These come in many shapes and sizes, as well as various colors.

We wood elves have been proudly living on this river in this forest since time immemorial, and our capital city is the biggest and most populated in the world.
