the previous world before the formation of the void.

The gods Kalotheo and Kakotheo set about building a world. At first they were the balanced pillars of creations, but soon Kakotheo became jealous of his brother. Kakotheo worked in the shadows, encouraging science and reason, all the while slowly removing the memory of Kalotheo from the world.   When reality forgot that Kalotheo existed, Kakotheo struck. With Kalotheo's death, the world of the two brothers collapsed and formed the void.
