Chrono

Chrono is a drug made from the crushed abdomens of ampulla dragonflies. It is found only in Kotha. Its primary effect is to slow the user's perception of time and grant them a feeling of euphoria. Some report faint auditory hallucinations, usually pleasant music. While effects only last about thirty minutes, users feel as though it has been hours.
