Ganoris

Ganoris is a sweet-and-spicy red pepper that hails from Varen. When dried and ground up, it becomes an orange-red spice that ranges from mild to extremely hot depending on preparation. The longer ganoris is left to dry in the sun, the milder it is.   In Varen, spicy ganoris is the most popular, but milder varieties have found a foothold in foreign markets. Ganoris compliments all manner of meats and vegetables, but pairs especially well with chicken.
