The Couriers
Across Prin and Krem, the Couriers deliver letters, packages, and bureaucratic correspondence to predetermined locations in dozens of cities and towns - for a small fee, of course. Small letters travel via pigeon - though some are liable to get lost - while larger deliveries are handled by human and dwarf employees. One can always find a job with the Couriers - whether caring for the birds, interfacing with customers, managing paperwork, delivering packages, or protecting employees on their travels.
The Couriers keep surprisingly detailed accounts of all transactions and regular customers, including number of letters sent and received, to and from whom they are sent, location, size and contents of all packages, and any other data they can accrue, such as occupation, age, gender, and the like.
