The River's Request

The town of Kofli is known for its river spirits, who sometimes request from citizens objects out of their own reach, for they cannot travel far from the river. It is bad form to decline such requests, as the town depends on happy spirits. While visiting Kofli, you are approached by one such spirit, who forms the approximation of a bell out of water in its hand. Can you give the spirit what it wants?
This adventure takes place in the human town of Kofli. It is low- to no-combat and should take one session to complete.
