Rakhma

The entirely scorched, ashen home of all Fire Elves. This blasted and barren hellscape houses at its centre the brutal bastion of cruelty and violence that is Phaerox, the capital city of both Rakhma and its fire elves.
South of this city, and the main reason for the city of Phaerox being located where it is, is one of Thera Pægana's most striking landmarks: Asphodel. The Great Lake of Fire, as it is subtitled, is as it is described. It is an enormous lake of lava and living flame, and it is said that at the very centre of this lake lies a portal to the Elemental Plane of Fire. The fire elves worship this plane and commune with it to bring about and amplify their natural affinity with fire. They twist and misuse the powers granted by the Elemental Plane of Fire, and it is believed that Rakhma is irrevocably scorched not just because of the presence of the fire elves, but also because of the furious retaliations that the Flame Titan sometimes makes in protest against the fire elves.
