Waterslake

The pristine lake and eternal water source for all of Comet. Its name is not an exercise in redundancy, as it superficially appears to be. The name denotes ownership: the lake was a gift to the city of Comet, bestowed upon it by a lord of the Elemental Plane of Water as part of a bargain with the legendary wizard, Jos Boldrim.
