Cardinal

A Cardinal is a high ranking member of the Andorian Church. They are similar in rank to bishops but serve more political role. While bishops dictate laws and rules of the church, cardinals act as advisors and aids for leaders. They oversee the beurocratic aspects of the church in the region and its cooperation with the Andorian Inquisition.   The 16 most prominent cardinals are also members of the Assembly of Cardinals, which oversees the operations of all cardinals on Theras. Cardinals work to ensure healthy and righteous relationship between the nobility and the church, and are in charge of all bishops and priests who stay in their jurisdiction.
