Dhiliev-Pueblia
Dhiliev-Pueblia, often referred to as the Second Diarchy, was a multi-national diarchy in eastern Epeoris. Dhiliev-Pueblia was a military and diplomatic alliance of two sovereign states, each with a single monarch: an Estuan state known as The Dhiliev Kingdom to the west, and a Bascaxi state known as The Majesty of Pueblia to the east.
Disbandment
At the time of the Yokun Eastern Campaign, Pueblia was riddled with civil strife which erupted into a civil war between Yojeku sympathizers and monarchy loyalists; the former were supported by the Yokun Empire, and eventually won the civil war. Following this victory they declared themselves as a satrapy of the Yokunhein and served as a crucial staging ground in the east, allowing the Yotseregs to hem in Dhiliev and later disconnect Southern Lustijia, the Kingdom of Stuiwana, and the Eshelan Coast from the rest of the continent.
