Divine Stone of Power

Divine Stone of Power, sometimes known as Othea's Tears, are considered to be part of the Feywild and the Prime Material World.
It was discovered on Ernius 7^th 1,051 AB that those Divine stone of powers were created from the celestial bodies of gods, thatr are close to the fey or Elemental Planes. However, strangely, Kiras has divulged that he himself can create one such divine stone once a year.

Significance

The Stones of Power are considered inert shards of fey energy. When mortals infuse themselves with this power, they become closer to the Feywild. However, it is different for those with dragon blood in them, be them Dragons, Sorcerers, or Dragonborn.
Dragons belong to the bones of the world; the blood that flows through their veins is the same blood as the very essence of the earth; it is pure magic, in liquid form. In other words, dragons are real, and they cannot be pulled out of this world, and into another, specifically, the Feywild. Therefore, when dragons infuse themselves with power from the Stones of Power, the fey energy in the stones permanently shifts and transforms into primal elemental energy. It is a powerful, irreversible, and dangerous transformation. Dragons would not undergo such a process without extreme need, since it harms their very important idea of independence.

Technical Effects

Infusing yourself with a Stone of Power is a very strenuous activity; you can never infuse yourself with more than one Stone at a time, and you must gain a character level before you can infuse yourself with another stone
After infusing yourself with the first Stone of Power, your type becomes dragon or a fey or an outsider. This is irreversible, even if by some miracle you disconnect the Stone from you.
