Personal history
Othea, wife to Annam, committed infidelity by engaging in a relationship with Vaprak, resulting in the creation of the Ogre race. Subsequently, she entered into an affair with Asor, shortly before the conclusion of the Giant war against the dragons. This liaison bore four sons: the firbolg, fomorian, verbeeg, and voadkyn. In a bid to protect Othea, Asor chose self-imposed exile and now lies dormant within the realm of Merabyss, known as the Blood Sea.
The aftermath of Asor's departure deeply affected Othea, leading her to deny Annam further progeny. Despite her resistance, Annam employed deception to impregnate her once more. In a negotiated settlement, Annam agreed to depart Theras until the child summoned him, while Othea pledged not to terminate the pregnancy.
Tragically, Othea met her demise when poisoned by her son, Lanaxis, after refusing to permit him to salvage his citadel of Voninheim. In her final moments, she invoked a curse upon him, compelling Lanaxis to flee to Arborea. Miraculously, her unborn son, Hartkiller, managed to survive.
