Duchy of Primulitus

The Duchy of Primulitus is one of the four duchies that comprise Regnum Borealis. Established on the eastern shore on lands once ruled by House Doril and the Brotherhood of Dora-Nil, it is now ruled by a Kadian duke until an appropriate local ruler is found.
