Messenger

Messenger is a mysterious individual operating in northern Epeoris, originating from Panta. Throughout the city he is mostly known for offering lucrative, yet dangerous, tasks for adventuring parties. It is unknown where he is quartered, and he works on behalf of an undisclosed party.

Messenger is always seen wearing a plain hooded wool cloak, with oversized sleeves covering the palms of his hands. It trails behind him, completely obscuring what sounds like moccasins. Several adventurers tell that even when walking on uneven ground or climbing up stairs, the cloak somehow still completely covers his feet without him stumbling over it.
