The Telwyng-Odilin of Owhain, Arwil had ordered reforms within her realm in order to enable trade within her kingdom and even commence external trade and also, ensuring the safety of Owhain.   However, this reform allowed the whispers and rumors of a hidden elven realm, which many people tried to find - mainly finding death because of the danger it imposed.
