Having finishing the War with Zhakala and defeating the Yuan Ti, the Skamtir Empire, had declared the foundation of the new Ansko Empire as their proxy.
It should be mentioned that even though the Yuan Ti were defeated, it came into only a disorganization which enabled the new Fledgling Dragonborn Fleet to rise to power after the Destruction of Zhakhala.
