Lord Matteo Gaspard

The lord of Bower Town is known to be quite aloof. He's a quiet man, and spends most of his time in seclusion. He was a sickly child, and when in his teens suffered a terrible accident, which has left him disabled physically for the rest of his life. Lord Gaspard is said to be a very serious man. Few know him personally, but he is said to be a fair lord.
