Humans are the most abundant ancestry within the Capsan Empire and throughout the heartland of Thinia. Comprised of a number of cultures, humans are diverse in their views, appearances, practices, and traditions. Since the rise of the Capsan Empire, the human communities in the Heartland have begun to exchange and trade cultural ideas and traditions. this has resulted in the creation of new practices across the Empire. Additionally, the worship of Lathander and Chauntea has rapidly expanded amongst Human communities within the Empire. Other deities are still venerated, but many human communities have taken the success of the Empress as a sign that Lathander is a god who will have a direct and positive impact on their lives. Humans permeate every level of Capsan society, from beggars to High Lords and Ladies that married into the imperial family.
Humans have many different naming conventions, and there will always be movement among communities. However, the table below shows the general naming conventions of the human communities of the Capsan Empire.
