Cobal Navy

Cobal is a land defined by rivers. 90% of its frontiers are on rivers, and the fastest way from the interior to the frontier is via rivers again. This means, of course, that the Regent has recognized the importance of being able to defend the country against attack via river.   Over the last 15 years, each ward has spent considerable time, money and resources to develop warships capable of fighting an invader on water and defensive means by which such attacks might be mitigated or eliminated altogether.   As of today, there are 29 Hulks patrolling the Caldar, Manito and Manisar Rivers, and 14 Karves patrolling the smaller rivers and tributaries of the large bodies.
