The Magnus Dominus of the Quinary is the highest ranking member of the Order of the Quinary. Required to have reached the level of dominus in all seven schools or disciplines of the Order, the Magnus Dominus is highest authority and top administrator of the ancient order and is, arguably, one of the most educated and highest trained individual beings on the entire planet.
