Stonehome
Stonehome is a palatial residence in the Colian city of Nyallshold. It is located on the southern exterior wall of the City near the Night Gate. It is a large structure encompassing several ancient towers of the city's defensive wall and is the primary residence of the Glynnan family, the second-most powerful family in the Dalnyall Clan after the Dalnyall themselves.
The structure is rather plain and dated from the outside, made of roughly cut and finished native stone, and only the tall, finely glazed windows give any indication of the opulent interior decorations. Once through the large wooden entrance doors, however, one is surrounded by polished marble columns, finely tiled floors and painted, arched ceilings. The rooms of the main hall are lit with chandaliers and sconces full of brightly burning candles and lamps, lighting the rooms at night almost as well as the tall windows during the day.
The structure of Stonehome is built where a portion of the ancient hillfort's walls were at their thickest, with some sections being more than 50' thick at their tops. Into this massive construction, many passages and rooms have been dug, as well as directly below the home itself.

History
Built over the ancient tower fortifications of the city walls first constructed a thousand years earlier, the home is now an opulent and lavish residence, with only the actual towers of the original walls still holding any functional defensive capacity.
