Offspring of a male Fratino and female Elf, infertile. Some male Fratinos got sick of male role in Fratino society and migrated to the mainland Elnaril, mostly to Santyr. Some married to Elves and had children. When those children grew up, its understood that they are infertile. As a result Half Fratino population has been always very small. Female Fratinos generally respects this choice of males but male Fratinos generally hates them, maybe jealous of them.
Female Half Fratinos have psionic abilities on rare occasions. They are allowed to reside in the female Capital in Nia-Koro if they want so and also have the right to access Psionic education. There has been no proved case of male Half Fratino psion.

Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Mindsight: Psions amongst them can see creatures that have 6 or higher Intelligence within 30ft as if by blindsight. They can use their Int modifiers for perception checks based on mindsight.
Trance. Half Fratinos don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is “trance.”) While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
Insightful: Psions amongs them have proficiency in Insight checks.
Elven Weapon Proficiency: Males have proficiency with the longsword, shortsword, shortbow, and longbow.
