Spell has a minimum duration of 1 turn (i.e., a fireball creates a ball of flame that remains for 1 turn, a lightning bolt bounces and continues, possibly rebounding, for 1 turn, etc.)All familiars/companions within 300 feet return to their owners and forcibly demand attention. Anyone with a familiar/companion acting this way has disadvantage on all attacks, checks, and saves until they take an action to pet, cuddle, or kiss their familiar/companion.The forges of Avernus belch forth noxious fumes as you finish your casting. In addition to the normal spell effect, a Stinking Cloud, centered at your target location, appears also. It lasts for one minute.

  • 15. Human, Cobalt (Ferrous) Dragon. Spell fails. Slot burned. Both you and target (area) are stunned for 1 round. (EFFECT)A spectral shield hovers near you for the next minute, granting you a +2 bonus to AC and immunity to magic missile. (EFFECT)
  • 16. Stygian, Steel (Ferrous) Dragon. You gain 1/10 of current XP.You gain a moment of clarity beyond even the gods, discovering you are nothing more than a bunch of numbers and words written on a sheet of paper (or zeros and ones in the case of Fantasy Grounds VTT).
  • 17. Human, Crystal (Gem) Dragon. For the next minute, you must shout when you speak.
  • 18. Leonin, Black (Chromatic) Dragon. For the next minute, any flammable object you touch that isn't being worn or carried by another creature bursts into flame.
  • 19. Dwarf, Tungsten (Ferrous) Dragon. Roll a d10. Your height changes by a number of inches equal to the roll. If the roll is odd, you shrink (minimum 6" high). If the roll is even, you grow. The change is permanent.
  • 20. Stygian, White (Chromatic) Dragon. Sudden change in weather (temperature rise, snow, rain, etc.) lasting 4 rounds.
  • 21. Half-Orc, White (Chromatic) Dragon. Suffer an effect on the DMG long term madness table.The character becomes attached to a "lucky charm," such as a person or an object, and has disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws while more than 30 feet from it.
  • 22. Stygian, Platnium (Metallic) Dragon. For 1d4 rounds range on all spells by the caster double and touch spells can be cast with a range of 15'.
  • 23. Centaur, Topaz (Gem) Dragon. You instantly grow a long beard made of feathers that immediately causes you to sneeze, at which point the feathers explode out from your face.
  • 24. Human, White (Chromatic) Dragon. You are transported to the Astral Plane until the end of your next turn, after which time you return to the space you previously occupied or the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied.
  • 25. Half-Orc, Beast (Planar) Dragon. You are poisoned for 1d4 rounds. (EFFECT)
