Prophecy of Eternal Twilight

According to the secret teachings of the Order of Haldra, guardians of Haldra's light, the world teeters on the brink of an everlasting darkness. Their prophecy, known as the Eternal Twilight, speaks of a time when the delicate balance between light and shadow will be irrevocably upset.   The prophesy, known as ᛈᚱᛟᚠᚠᚹᛟᛞ ᚨᚠ ᛞᚱᚨᚷᚹᛟᛞ ᛋᚲᛖᚨᛞᚢ (traslit: Proffwod af Dragwod Sceadu) in Celestial Karidan, roughly translates as follows:
"In the twilight sky, Nuruk's blood-red face excels while Talithal withdraws, the age of shadows begins. The light of Haldra, the source of all creation, diminishes, and the world is cast into a twilight from which it may never emerge.   As Nuruk draws near, the darkness before creation seeks to reclaim its realm. The shadows lengthen, creeping into the hearts of mortals and the fabric of the world. Cities fall, kingdoms crumble, and the light of civilization flickers and fades.   Only through the spread of Haldra's light to every corner of the world can this fate be avoided. The faithful must stand guard, tend to the flame of creation, or it will be extinguished forever. If Haldra's light fails, the world will sink into an age of endless night, where hope is but a distant memory and despair reigns.   The signs of this impending doom have been seen throughout history - times of darkness where the shadow nearly triumphed. Yet the light has always prevailed. But the Prophecy warns: the final battle approaches. The faithful must be ready, for when Nuruk and Talithal exchange places in the sky, the fate of all creation hangs in the balance"
This prophecy encapsulates the Order of Haldra's beliefs about the primacy of light, the threat of encroaching darkness, and the celestial warning sign they fear. It also emphasizes their sense of duty in maintaining and spreading Haldra's light to stave off this apocalyptic scenario.
