Mhaku

Of the three sentient species on Tieryon, Mhaku are the largest. They resemble bipedal mammals, usually covered in fur. They are found in cities and towns that are diverse, or within their own settlements across the land.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Mhaku are about twice the height of Manu and slightly taller than the average Anthropos. Mhaku come in many shapes and sizes, much akin to the dogs of Earth. This is similar to Manu, but Mhaku are larger in size. Mhaku typically have tails, ears atop their head, long snouts and wide-set eyes. They have varying lengths of fur, with a variety of patterns.

Genetics and Reproduction

Manu and Mhaku, unlike Anthropos, may only reproduce twice a year. These periods of time when reproduction can occur last between 2-3 weeks.

Growth Rate & Stages

All of the sentient species grow at approximately the same rate and live to around age 85 Earth years on average (131 Tieryon Years.)

Dietary Needs and Habits

All of the sentient species on Tieryon are omnivores and consume the same diet that contains fruits, vegetables, dairy, grains and meats.

Like the other sentient species of Tieryon, Mhaku are found in nearly every part of the world.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Mhaku, like Manu, have more acute sense of sight, smell and hearing than that of the Anthropos. Their sense of smell is particularly strong.
