Orcus

The Demon Prince of Undeath

Not much is known of Orcus. Many don't believe in his existence, but those who do believe him to be a powerful demon prince, who seeks to dominate the planes of the living through raising their inhabitants into undead under his control.
His awesome power inspires deep fear in some, but inspire others to bring his goals of tyranny of undeath to the inner planes. These groups are referred to, collectively, as the Cults of Orcus.
A particularly violent cult of Orcus has recently surfaced in the Noori province of The Western Peninsula. Not many are known to have seen their influence first hand, other than The Party.
