Cervo
The servo kingdom is ruled by Empress Eliza a queen and prophet of heliod. Her second in command is Themis of the Light He guards the land from all dangers and threats that stand in the ways of heliods teaching. Matias is kept young through heliods blessings allowing him to watch the kingdom for centuries all starting from the fall when he claimed his sword Oath Keeper and took the mantle of Prophet and lord of Cervo. I see him as a heimdall like character but more crusader like. He has kept the dragons court from entering the land and quelled any country that has started to grow beyond and warp magic. They are the Holy Kingdom and they guard with there paladin army. Matias stands ever vigilante as the Self Apointed Hero of Tio Luma. The main city of Cerzo and Citadel is known as heliods spear a large multi-district town in the rolling golden fields of the ray. Bathed in almost unnatural light darkness rarely falls upon the land. The kingdom of cervo is made into multiple parts The top part mostly being farm land and roaming cities connected by trade routes. Using there natural trading with Bergithim the land has prospered entering an ironic golden age. Eliza never one to leave her watch rarely ventures to the people below. She sits on the highest point of The Spear watching for evil to strike her land. Every year the most faithful of their land gather for The Rising. A 3 week event that tests every participant's strength, knowledge, and love for their god. To pass is rare as Eliza developed the challenge and only lets in the best but anyone who can stomach and survive the initial selection will be awarded the title of knighthood or priest and become a teller of heliod or a protector sharing with the world his great feats and love to all humanity. While not advanced Eliza chooses to stay medieval only allowing the rare new technology into her land afraid that her people will be corrupted front here holy mission and life. The champions who do conquer Eliza’s trial are given the title Heliod Champions. They are purgers of evil and bringers of light. They are sent across the world ever on the move giving all devotion to heliod. To meet one is either fortunate luck or terror for they are only found if wanting to be seen. Through Eliza’s protection no dragon or other country has stepped foot into Cervo without total defeat. As Heliod’s Vessel. Most trading through Cervo is done by regulation and all merchants and traders are given badges and identification with designated travel time, inns, and prices. To stray from this is to be thrown out of the country.
The people of the cervo empire are both loyal and patriotic, believing their god to be in the ivory tower. Most people are trained in sword and prayer as both are considered essential education. Where history of the Cervo empire is taught. With cervo having such a value in education and training. They boast the most impressive population strength of most people beginning to average adventures. Though most situations each person is considered low tier paladin or cleric. Eliza makes sure all children of Cervo are highly educated and trained in combat, magic, and faith.
Different to most countries the blood hunter society is not allowed in Cervo. Most countries are not allowed to send there people to this land with their neighbors the Heung Dynasty seen as savages and not allowed in there land while people of cervo are free to wander as per treaties signed with there leaders. Most other people of the world see cervo as fanatics and extremist so the choose to not enter the land. Cervo is still in good terms with most lands.
Most notable other exceptions or traditions of the land is that cervo people are charming and bright. They value life and order. Wishing someone bright tidings or a sunlit day is their version of goodluck. Another unique feature of their land is the sunsetal fire and the Greeting of heliod. At the rising of the sun the bell in the Citadel can be heard through all of the cervo as each citizen bows or winks to the sun to acknowledge and thank its presence. At twilight all houses shall light fire to show heliod they are safe before he descends into the dark to rest from his day of work.
