Heung Dynasty

Government: After fleeing the failed cervo kingdom the tobaxi, loxodons, arakocras,and kenkus that were passing to what would be known as the drahkian empire they decided to stop and set up a new spot for more animal like people. they decided to make a sort of democracy and share powers between each other to form the triumvirate of heung. The three current leaders are silent breath, a tobaxi monk fighter known for his fierce and relentless attacks on unsuspecting bandits at night while they waited to ambush travelers and merchants. The second triumvirate is Aera, an aarakocra wizard known for his wisdom and mercy. The final person is a Leonin cleric named Esuna. in order for decisions to be made all 3 must agree on the subject. The three are known to the public as the council and are generally happy with their rule. Economy: they started off as a barter only system until more travelers came through and were excited to see so many animal like creatures. with the new flow of traffic gold and silver slowly became encorporated in the marketplace. depending on what city your in they specialize in different products. the main city Hansai specializes in an incredibly tough and thick lumbar that is very difficult to set fire to. They also have a potent healing berry (to be named) that is said to cure exhaustion and vigor. the city in the sand specializes in sandstone and a healing plant that kinda looks like a cactus but holds a sweet breathable Class system:there is no class system and everyone who lives there seems to have each others backs. The council live in their own houses near their courthouse so the public has easy access to them. military: there is a police system and they are named trinity out of respect for the triumvirate. they police the main city of (insert name) and help keep the peace as travelers come through. they also train a considerably large army in case war along with a secret group of practically ninjas. Crimes: Murder without cause, destruction of property, theft of belongings, theft of feathers and fur, not helping others that are in grave danger, seling faulty products to travelers, not feeding lost children if they are hungry, letting people be homeless, and vandalism. Religion: they look down upon the more evil gods but have shrines to the gods of creation. you have the freedom to serve who you want as long as you don't cause trouble. Architecture: The main city started off as a wood city and as trade became more abundant they started making more structures out of stone. the respective creatures built houses according to their respective species.
