Crimson Scales Tribe

Crismon Scales: A nomadic group that moves between territories claiming the entire Red Quagmire is theirs due to their scales being the reddest of them all. Standing with the stance the Quagmire’s red muddy waters run in their veins and scales. Though many wonder why this is their claim, they are the only tribe divided into sub factions each working together towards a goal unknown to everyone. This is due to the fact many they come across do not survive an encounter with these red scaled Lizardfolk. Their victims/prey being found exsanguinated of all blood, in rare encounters their blood turned blue permanently. Bordering lands and other tribes find this group vexing, as they will raid any place they have succeeded in getting a single kill. Going as far as to call them Scaled Hobgoblins by other races near the Quagmire.
Easily identifiable from their reflective crimson scales that shimmer even in the dark, other standing out features are their attire. Their members wear an array of gear from and/or made of their victims. Even as far as to wear gold coins as armour, and used as weapons has been reported a handful of times. Crimson Scales are surprisingly the best at making makeshift armour and weapons from what is available.
The few reports that are made by survivors suggest their war bands are made of hunters, fighters, and barbarians. With a leader that either is a cleric, warlock (rare cases), bard, or a hemocraft user. One of the tribe’s shared traits is a love of meat, bones, and blood, and hate of any fruits and vegetables.There is talk of a single sub group that controls the entirety of the Crimson Scales, but none have been able to locate or track this group’s movement. Whether or not these red scaled Lizardfolk have someone in charge, they are very aggressive and even known to tame giant mosquitos.
