The Furies
Gods of Punishment
The Furies are sometimes considered the daughters of the fates, sometimes their sisters, and other times they are considered just another form The Three/The Hecateae take. Whatever the interpretation of The Furies one takes, these three goddesses that make up their one domain are responsible for two things, gathering the souls of mortals that try and escape from their designated afterlives without the permission of the being that oversees it, as well as punishing those who unbind themselves from fate in some way. This places them in direct opposition to the god of freedom and their angels, as the god of freedom seeks to unbind all mortals from The Hecateae.
