They appear to their followers as a white and black spotted Tabaxi with a red streak across their muzzle. They generally appear wearing nothing though will sometimes appear in red lingerie. One of the most widely worshiped gods in the world by happenstance as their name is called at the height of ecstasy and their holy symbols are regularly hung above the beds of young lovers and statues of her are known to be constructed in brothels. In the cultures on Tirestir that more openly embrace Zatani they are also known to be a guiding force either steering mates together or helping couples find the deep desires of their partner. They are known to be the wife of Shokothre, God of the Hunt, Glory, Goddess of Mania, and Nyxella, Goddess of Healing. All four of these gods still have relations outside of their marriage.

The Heartbrand of Zatani is a golden needle with a diamond tip. When this needle is pressed to the skin it is said to create a gorgeous tattoo over one's heart, as well as staining a permanent streak of red across the face of the individual. While attuned to this needle and the tattoo is made the bearer is considered the champion of Zatani and exudes an aura of lust, charming all those who see them as well as making them seek out people they lust for, or in rare cases items, experiences, or things they have desired for a long time. It is unknown who the current Heartbranded Champion is.
