Adepts of Insurgent Awakening

The Adepts of Insurgent Awakening are a cult of Zoren, God of Vengeance , god of hatred and disproportionate vengeance. Unlike the The Covenant of Latent Slaughter, Zoren's official priesthood, the Adepts are genuine believers in Zoren's teachings, and seek to orchestrate his return.
The Adepts have infiltrated the Covenant with the aim to sabotage its benign rituals to stronger effect.
Recently, the Adepts stole an Oracular Bee Queen from the Apiarists' Hermitage. It is unknown what they plan to do with it, but the Brotherhood has sworn revenge on the cult, and revealed their existence to the Covenant.
Current goal: Acquire all of the artefacts of Zoren, foster distrust and conflict in Tiriande

The Adepts are governed solely through dedication to the cruelty of Zoren. They are currently led by Canon Ankhayat, but many within the cult seek to place themselves at the head.
