Ryuji stopped everyone at a vending machine. “Hey, anyone thirsty? This thing’s got Ramune. You gotta try it.”
“Ramen, like the stuff we ate yesterday?” Mikey questioned.
“No, Ramune, it’s a soda. Here.” He inserted some money into the machine and pressed the button a few times, grabbing bottles for the 3 of them.
Donnie looked down at their now color-coded drinks. “Strawberry, Orange, and Grape. Hilarious,” He said flatly.
“I couldn’t help it.”
“What the heck kinda lid is this?” Raph complained, trying to force the seal open with his fingers.
“You use the plastic cap to pop it open, like this.” He showed them how to do it on Raph’s drink, pressing down until the small marble popped down into the bottle.
“Omg let me try!” Mikey gasped, managing to pop his open. “Oh! There’s a little marble in it now!”
“What’s even the point of that?” Raph asked angrily, squinting into his drink.
Ryuji shrugged. “Gimmick.”
Synopsis
The boys go into town with the
Hamatos to enjoy the Yokai festival, as they've never been to one before. In the middle of the festivities,
Leonardo gets overwhelmed and goes to find
Splinter. The two of them visit the shrine and have a nice long talk, father and son.
Afterwards, he reunites with his brothers where they watch the fireworks together.
