Rheqo

The Rheqan Union, commonly referred to as Rheqo, is one of, if not the, most technologically advanced countries in all of Tohiri, though what they have in technology, they lack in magic. A vast majority of Rheqo's technology is powered by a substance they call Gods Blood, a blue goo that carries magical energy that can be extracted and used by rituals and spells.

Classes

Present in Rheqo are 3 classes of people, with major differences between them. At the top of the pyramid, you have the rich ruling class, sitting at the top levels of highrises in Tsunika, doing very little, if any, work. They typically do not go down to street level, instead being transported by executive hovercraft, and if they do need to go on the streets, they are surrounded by bodyguards and other hired muscle. Below them are the middle class who mainly live on the streets of the city. These people work for a living, whether it be honest work with a corporation, or dishonest work as a mercenary for hire by one of the many fixers of the city. These people very rarely, if ever, can ascend to the top levels of society, though none would say this out loud, instead falling into the dream that they are the 1 in 1 million that does. Finally are the lowest class which aren't even allowed inside of Tsunika at all. These are the people who live in the remote cities of Rheqo, typically farmers, miners, or factory workers. While they may occasionally be allowed in the city for a "vacation", the rules about when they can enter and for how long are strict to the point that it almost never happens.

Transportation

Rheqo does not use a crystal network like most of Tohiri, and while some are present, they are only in areas accessible to the most elite of Rheqo's citizenry, and are only used in disasters to save these most elite, being locked down all other times. The main mode of transit in Rheqo is a high-speed train system that runs off Gods Blood. There are two independant systems, one for internal Tsunika transit, and one for external transit. The internal transit system works as most public transit systems on Earth do, you pay a fee and can ride the train until your destination. The external transit system is more heavily regulated, used mainly for transporting Gods Blood to the places that need it for fuel, and bringing goods back in to Tsunika. While there are passenger areas on these trains, it is typically limited to 1 car for lower class citizens, and 1 highly guarded and armored first-class car for those wanting to leave the city on excursions to private property or otherwise, and have a nostalgia for trains. The later VIPs are few and far between however, most opting to use hover vehicles for personal transit.

When entering Tsunika by train, there is a security checkpoint much like that of airports on Earth, where people are ID'd and checked for weapons and other contraband items. Those who fail security get thrown back on the train and sent back to where they came from, with no refund of their ticket.

Identification system

Rheqo has a very unique identification system, wherein at about the age of 1 to 2 years old, parents are required to bring their children to a clinic and get them implanted with an ID chip in their right wrist. This chip contains information about who they are and other information. It also contains a link to an account with the Bank of Rheqo, and can also obtain keys for access to buildings and other places where they can read these chips. Foreigners entering the country must get one of these implanted, whether they want to stay for a day or are imigrating, and while not common, there are people who have been able to make copies of these chips for those less then legal use cases, including ones that can store multiple ID codes or be overwritten as needed.
