Black Guard

The Black Guard is the law enforcement of the City-State of Kalernios. They act as Queen Zeliah's enforcers and military power. It's known that the Queen can speak through the commanding officers of a Black Guard patrol, sometimes giving those officers the nickname of Black Tongues. They are ruthless and well-disciplined, knowing that their Queen exacts a terrible price on those who fail her.
