Zeliah (zell-EYE-uh)

Zeliah is the Sorcerer-Queen of the Falwythi city-state of Kalernios. She is a Tiefling, a pure-blooded direct descendant of the noble houses of Falwyth who made the pact that led to their war with Azmartheon and the destruction of The Rending. She rules from her high palace over her city with an iron fist, served by her fearsome Black Guard, and watching with the liver-colored, floating, magical orbs called the Eyes of the Queen.
Like many Falwythi Sorcerer-Kings and Queens, Zeliah is either entirely mad or viciously capricious. A fanatical devotee of Asmodeus, she embodies all that people fear about Tieflings.
