Blacksail Harbor

Blacksail Harbor is an undersea grotto town located under the Mere of Dead Men in the Holds of the Sea Barons. It has been used by many pirates and corsairs who’ve wanted to keep their location a secret. After the defeat of Gar Shatterkeel and his allies, it has been claimed by the Dragon Lazaranthios the Bronze as a haven.
