City of Turquoise Overview

The City of Turquoise is ruled by the great Caliphs of the Djinni people. It is one of the great capitals of the Elemental Chaos, and the sister city of the City of Brass. It hangs suspended in a vast tract of clear skies, and it's very necessary to be able to fly to get around the City with any speed. Its true name is unknown, and it's very rare for anyone from Tol to be able to visit it.
