Drown is an enchanted cutlass holy to the worshipers of
Olhydra. It is known to emit the cold and pressure of the lightless deeps on those struck by it. It can also craft a duplicate of itself at a distance out of frozen seawater, which strikes at foes and then dissipates. It was most recently wielded by the pirate
Gar Shatterkeel, but it was claimed by Olhydra when he was defeated by the
Fire Wasps.
