Kaius

Kaius, the Prince of Frost, is the most powerful of the Fey known collectively as the Winter Fey. He is one of the Arch-Fey and the Court of Stars. He rarely works with the other fey, except in the direst of circumstances, but he shows no qualms about aiding others against the depredations of the Fomorians.
