Shoalar Quandrill

Shoalar Quandrill is a water-based Genasi, an outcast from Bedourin. Shoalar was forced out of his homeland for his embrace of Olhydra, the Princess of Elemental Evil Water. He tried unsuccessfully to bring many to Olhydra’s fold until he saved a drowning pirate named Gar Shatterkeel. Gar took to Olhydra’s work with all the fanaticism of a true zealot, and the pair led a considerable force to terrible acts in her name.

Shoalar and Gar were slain by the Fire Wasps at the Battle of Blacksail Harbor , bringing their reign of terror to an end.
