Slaad

Slaadi are alien entities from the Elemental Chaos that resemble a combination of reptile and frog. They embody pure chaos, and they constantly seek to further their agendas on Tol and to spread their influence. They reproduce by infecting Tol natives with a disease called Chaos Phage, which causes erratic behavior and the gestation of a slaad tadpole in the creature’s brain. When the tadpole fully forms, it transforms the creature into a slaad itself.
