Telemy Hill

Telemy Hill is a grassy hill with many willow trees on it, topped by craggy exposed rock. It rises out of the muck of the swamps of Hither in the Feywild, offering some respite from the waters that constantly rise and fall there without sense. Many of the willows that grew on Telemy Hill are now awakened, and they can move and speak. Most of them are friends with the kindly and sweet-natured Goblin named Jingle Jangle who dwells in a cave resembling a keyhole in the rocky crags atop the hill.
