Thurman Vong

Thurman Vong was a Hobgoblin who was the Sea Baron lording it over the town of Shellcliff. He was known as a grasping, greedy man who imposed terrible fees on his people in the form of taxes and tariffs. This brought a challenge by local innkeeper and merchant Honnak Wavecutter, who lopped Vong’s head clean off in their fight. Few people mourned his passing.
