Wayward Pool

Wayward Pool is a small lake nestled into the forests and hills of the Feywild domain of Thither. It is protected by an enchantement that prevents anyone but a unicorn from approaching, with magic turning anyone else around in confusion and leading them away. Unfortunately, the magic is easily deceived, as anyone who so much as ties a carrot to their head seems to be given a free pass. In the middle of the lake is a rocky island which is the dwelling place of the Unicorns Lamorna and Elidon. Those seeking to speak with the unicorns must cross to the island through the lake's shallow waters by swimming. The waters of the pool are very refreshing, causing those who drink or bathe in them to throw off weariness. The Getaway Gang often sneak down to the Pool in a poorly fashioned unicorn costume to gain its powers, but, as Larmorna was aware they were a thorn in Skabatha Nightshade's side, she has happily turned a blind eye.
