Wyvern Island is a volcanic island in the eastern reaches of the
Holds of the Sea Barons, located close to the northern band of islands. Although the island has ample game and fresh water, it is a perilous stopping point for ships, as the mountain crags are home to many hunting
Wyverns. These poisonous drakes hunt the bigger animals on the island or dive into the sea in pursuit of dolphins. When ships land, however, they gladly take the chance to carry off sailors.
